Customer's Own Material (COM)

For our customers who can't find what they are looking for in our fabric selection and want to
use their own material, we can work with you.

If you would like to use your own material we would request that you complete the form below
and then press SUBMIT to send it to our office.

After you have submited your request we will require you to mail us a cut sample (6" square) of
the fabric you wish to use. Please include your name and return address on the outside of the
envelope.

It will be at our discrection whether or not the fabric can be upholstered on the panels that you
are requesting.

Our pricing for COM orders is based on our Price Code A on our panels. You will receive a
final quote from our office for this work once the fabric has been received and approved by
our office.

In order to place your order, you are required to call our office at 1-888-925-4844 and
arrangements for payment will be made.
